Bloom ApS was founded by Sara Juhl, who has been working
with people and their careers and development for many
years. She used to be the day-to-day manager of a recruitment
agency in Copenhagen and has also held the positions of
Vice President Human Resources and Personnel Manager in
large Danish companies.
Sara Juhl has more than 20 years’ direct experience
with all HR functions, including recruitment, incentive
programmes & benefits, management and staff development,
consultancy and support, description of HR processes and
policies, international organisational development and
integration projects in connection with company mergers. |

| Sara Juhl is a Bachelor of Commerce (Innovation
and Organisational Change), a Bachelor of English and
French and holds a diploma in personnel management. She
has spent six years working abroad, three of them in France
and a total of three years in England, Israel, Canada
and New Zealand. |
