Who got the job?
Candidates often send applications and then hear nothing further. Some companies send a standard refusal without any details several weeks after the right candidate has been chosen. We prefer to show the identity of the company's new employee openly, for the benefit of the company, the new employee and the entire field of candidates. When a potential candidate has read a job advertisement and sent an application and then sees who got the job, the candidate has learned something - and this is what we should help each other to do, isn't it?
